Freeman Company, is proud to announce that Allison Stine has completed the specialized real estate investment course entitled “Creating Wealth through Residential Real Estate Investments” conducted by the Council of Residential Specialists of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.

The course was conducted in Wilmington, DE and is one of the classes that could be taken by real estate agents and brokers who will eventually qualify for the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

Allison Stine joined Seacoast Realty three years ago and in her first 90 days as a REALTOR®, she had a total of $2.16 million in listings and sales. Before starting her career in real estate, Allison was in the hotel business as a Marketing Director & General Manager for 22 years in the United States and Europe. For the calendar year 2006, Allison was the Top Individual Lister with over $34 Million in Listing Volume and was the Top Sales Volume by Individual with over $13 Million in Total Sales Volume.

During the two-day course, students learned how to effectively analyze residential real estate investment opportunities and apply wealth-building strategies. The course covered the fundamentals of investment, taxes affecting real estate investment, and investment strategies to create wealth.

“There are many opportunities for the small investor to invest successfully in real estate,” said Stine, “and I have already begun to apply the procedures covered during the course in my work at Seacoast Realty.”

Certified Residential Specialist Courses are presented in various cities throughout the United States in conjunction with the COUNCIL OF RESIDENTIAL SPECIALISTS, an affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® as part of its on-going program of promoting the professionalism of the residential sales associate.

Allison Stine is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Council of Residential Specialist and has the e-PRO designation.
