Seacoast Realty announces newly appointed President, Brigit Taylor, a 12-year veteran of the real estate industry who joins the company from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

A native of Baltimore, MD, Brigit was raised by a seasoned Realtor and said it was logical to embark on a real estate career once she retired from professional international skiing in 1995.

If you work hard, smart, and often, it will pay off,” states Brigit who brings vast knowledge to the Seacoast team as a former COO and CFO from Slifer, Smith & Frampton in Vail, CO, the Vice President of Administration for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Mid-Atlantic, and most recently the Branch Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Ocean City, MD.

Former owners of Seacoast Realty, Skip and Celeste Valliant sold the company three years ago to the Carl M. Freeman Companies. Skip currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Freeman Real Estate Services while Celeste B. Valliant continues to serve as the Vice President and Sales Manager.
