Bayside, the Carl M. Freeman Companies waterfront golf community near Fenwick Island, is inviting the public to a special open house and sales event on Saturday, September 15 from 1 pm to 3 pm.

The Parade of Homes event gives the public an opportunity to tour 12 homes in Bayside – both new homes and resales – and to discover what this amenity-rich community has to offer. The homes open for touring include a variety of homestyles and floorplans – from impeccably furnished single family homes with expansive living areas to townhomes and condominiums with 3 to 4 bedrooms, park views and located within walking distance of a pool and recreational facilities.

Prices of the homes on the tour start in the $200,000s and below marketing financing may be available on some homes to qualified home buyers. The tour will begin at the Bayside Welcome Center located on Route 54 near the entrance of the community. The public can stop by and pick up a map between 1 pm and 3 pm on September 15. There will be door prizes and light refreshments available.
