Bob Evans hopes plans to open its newest restaurant facility in spring 2008. The restaurant will be located on a 1.3 acres pad site at The Boulevard, phase 2 of the Freeman Companies lifestyle shopping center located in Jefferson County.

Bob Evans restaurants are well established in the West Virginia market and currently operate 24 restaurants across the state. The company started in 1953 making sausage on a small farm in Ohio. The popularity and demand for the quality sausage product quickly grew and Bob Evans Farm built their first restaurant on 1962. They now operate 579 Bob Evans restaurants nationwide.
